Wind deflector mount replacement

I received the parts, but they are not what I needed, the part number sent is 986 580 751 00

which is indeed number 9 from graph 812-01,  but it's a very small clip, not the thing that mounts on the roll-bar

 

What I need is a mounting clip like this 🙁:

I think what I actually needed is part 986 561 323 00, which is number 4 in 812-01

If you are near your IPC go in and the parts guy will look at your car nd what you need in the car park or see if they have an email address and send them a photo.

I've asked for the right part, it's only £20, still cheaper than any eBay seller. The problem is in the book this part is shown as a box.....

I did the swap of one clip a year a go and this is the parts bag from OPC that has all those rollbar clips:

 

As metioned earlier on this thread, to replace the clips on the rollbar, you need to remove the padding OR at least loosen it from one end to give room to do the change. I drilled the old clips rivets and then installed the new clips. Easy DYI to do.
